Usage

You may use each individual GNU/GPL licensed product on as many websites you want, belonging to either you or your client.

Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our GNU/GPL licensed products to fit your purposes. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the XML descriptor or HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP files.You may not redistribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.

Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from Breakdesigns.net.

Files Downloading

After your payment completion you will get an email with your account's credentials. Signing in our site permits you to access the appropriate download sections , in order to download the files that your subscription plan offers.

Warranty

Breakdesigns.net does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions or templates as there is currently no certification process for such extensions or templates. All breakdesigns products are tested to work on all major browsers, including Mozilla Firefox (and all Gecko based browsers, e.g. Flock), Microsoft Internet Explorer (and all Trident based browsers, version 7 and newer), Google Chrome and Apple Safari.

Support

Support is only offered to our subscribers through private tickets. Tickets should concern only the extensions that covered by your subscriptions. Our support aims to make our extensions functional as described in our pages. Adding extra features or rendering them compatible with 3rd party extensions is not covered by the subscriptions we are offering. Also the support for additional hacks or addons we may offer, is chraged extra. Abusive tickets will be deleted without any prior notification.

Return/Refund Policy

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the completion of the subscription proccess. Please make sure that you've carefully read all the relevant documentation and tried out our demos before buying any subscription plan.
